What are you selling?
What we offer is simple and convenient for you; and more importantly, make your dogs happy! Each of our box has a theme; the main toy complemented by other smaller toys; and 2 different packs of treats. Finally, we get a nutritional fact that we hope you take it away from this purchase forever. Your pets' health depend on you.

Can I customise what goes into the box?
We currently do not offer customization yet. We are looking into it.

What currency are the prices I see in the website?
All prices are in HKD.

I just placed an order, when will it arrive?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 1-2 days production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 3-5 business days.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

Where do you ship to?
Currently, we only ship within Hong Kong. Please contact us if you are interested in shipping beyond Hong Kong.

What if my box is late or missing?
Please let us know and we will sort it out for you!

My dog/I are not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
  • At Woof2HK, we treat each dog like our own! We offer a 100 % money back guarantee. Just let us know what the problem is. We will try to cater your needs as much as possible!
  • However, you must ship it back at your own expense. Once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please Include your name and order number on the returned parcels.
  • Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent, please use our easy return system to get a full refund.

I have entered an incorrect address, what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, simply contact us. If the given address is wrong, we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

Do you have an app?
We do not have an app, but you can use your smartphone to access our website at www.woofsquaredhk.com
