We offer easy unconditional return and exchange within 14 days of the order date!

You can fully refund and exchange if the following occurs:

1) You received the wrong order.

2) Products are already broken/faulty when you received them.

3) Edibles have gone bad when you received them.

Or...

4) If your pets do not enjoy our products at all!

Our team will try our best to cater your need and search for another product of equal or similar value to compensate your loved ones for it. You can also get a full refund at the purchase price of your product, should you choose this option.
