ABOUT OUR TOYS & TREATS

We do not just choose any treats to put on our shelf. We choose treats that are from reputable brands, contain high protein %, mostly with single-source protein and have low calories. They are made in Hong Kong, USA, UK and New Zealand.

Yes! Our pet toys are safe for pets that like to bite, chew and cuddle! We would never sell any toys that we wouldn't give to our very own beloved Cici.

Having said that, most of the toys are made of cotton and can inevitably break if your pet is a heavy chewer. We recommend supervised play as different pets have unique play styles. If the structure of a toy is compromised, please throw the item away to minimize risk of ingestion.

DELIVERY & RETURNS

We use SF Express to courier our products. In normal circumstances, shipping should take a maximum of 3 days. We try to have the products delivered with int 1-2 days.

If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply contact us at "contact@wmsquaredhk.com". If the given address is wrong, we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

We only ship to Hong Kong and are looking to expand to international markets. More details to come.
