Toys: Selected carefully by our team to make your dogs happy. Most toys are squeaky and interactive so your dogs can find them interesting and enjoy the playtime.

Treats: We do not just choose any treats to put on our shelf. We choose treats that are from reputable brands, contain high protein %, mostly with single-source protein and have low calories. They are made in the USA, UK and New Zealand. Talk to us by adding a note into your order if your pup has allergies or other special dietary needs, we can accommodate for changes in the treats.

So far, we do not offer customisation on the gift boxes. However, feel free to reach out to us and we can see what we can do to suit your needs.

You can go to 'Woof's In The Box?' at the top menu and select 'Our Boxes' from the dropdown to find the gift boxes that you like. Once you have selected the ones that you like, you can either 'add to cart' or 'buy now'. At the check-out page, key in the details and proceed to buy!

Our gift boxes suit all small - mid sized dogs. Some boxes are also suitable for large breed dogs too. Please check the description at the product page to see if the toys are suitable for your dog.

Yes we do. You can purchase toys and treats separately, but they do not come with a beautiful box, as well as other decorations.

Apart from the website, you can also visit our IG shop. We are looking at selling our boxes in different pet shops, but not available yet. Finally, we join Hong Kong pet markets regularly. Looking forward to seeing you there!

At this moment, we do not offer subscription boxes. However, we are always looking to improve your products. Stay tuned. It can be launched in the future!

Yes! Our toys toys are safe for pups that like to bite, chew and cuddle! We would never sell any toys that we wouldn't give to our very own beloved Cici.

Having said that, most of the toys are made of cotton and can inevitably break if your pup is a heavy chewer. We recommend supervised play as different dogs have unique play styles. If the structure of a toy is compromised, please throw the item away to minimize risk of ingestion.

We use SF Express to courier our products. In normal circumstances, shipping should take a maximum of 3 days. We try to have the products delivered with int 1-2 days.

If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply contact us. If the given address is wrong, we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
